Activities & Events
Cann House runs a weekly programme set out by the Residents. This involves group activities, one to one sessions as well as having visiting Musicians, Animals and the local school children. We are also very excited to have a small group of children from the local childminding group, this promotes intergenerational promotion and wellbeing. The Residents thoroughly enjoy having the little ones around and it certainly fills the home with laughter and games.
We produce a monthly newsletter keeping everyone up to date as well as celebrate individual birthdays with a beautiful cake handmade by the Kitchen Team.
We hold regular celebrations at Christmas, Easter and Halloween. We have the pleasure of the Local Scout Group and School Children at Christmas where the home is filled with the smells of mince pies, fun and lots of laughter.
We also run our own fetes at Christmas and during the Summer with a BBQ – weather dependent of course.
